A tool you wish existed
Ideas, and the job you do by hand every week. It goes to the same person, but the form asks the two things an email usually leaves out — so it is the faster way to be heard.

If something is broken and stopping you working
Say so in the subject line. It goes to the top of the pile the same hour, whatever else is in it.
Before you write
Four things that save a day.
- Your licence key or order number, if the question is about a purchase.
- Which app and version — Photoshop 2025, macOS 15, that sort of thing.
- What you pressed, and what happened instead of what you expected.
- A screenshot if anything looked wrong. Never the file itself — we do not want it.
