Privacy policy

Who is asking

One address reaches a person for anything on this page, including the requests further down it: support@easystudio.design. There is no form, and no ticket number.

What we collect

When you make an account

• Your name, email address and phone number.
• A password, stored only as a slow one-way hash — we cannot read it.
• The country your request came from, as reported by our CDN.

When you buy

• The order reference, the amount, and which tool.
• Your email address, from the payment provider.
• We never see or store your card details. They go to the payment provider and never reach us.

When you use a tool

• A hashed machine identifier — not a serial number, not anything that identifies your computer to anyone else. It exists so a licence can be tied to one machine.
• The plugin version, the Adobe application version, and the operating system.
• If something breaks: the error message and a stack trace, and the copy the conversion could not match, so the next release can handle it.

What we never collect

• Your documents, layers, images or artwork.
• Your IP address. It is hashed for rate limiting and never stored.
• Anything for advertising. There are no third-party trackers, no advertising pixels and no session recorders on this site.

Cookies

One: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary, so there is no consent banner to click. Our analytics counts page views without setting a cookie or identifying anybody.

Who else sees your data

• Cloudflare — hosting, the database and the files.
• Our payment provider — the sale, the receipt and the card details we never touch.
• Our email provider — the verification codes, licence keys and password resets we send you.

We do not sell data to anybody, and we never will.

How long we keep it

• Account data: until you delete the account.
• Orders and invoices: as long as tax law requires us to.
• Fault reports and usage events: 90 days, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@easystudio.design and we will answer within 30 days.

One honest limitation. Deleting an account anonymises it: the email, name and phone are removed and every session is revoked. The order and the licence survive, because a purchase is a financial record with a legal retention period, and because revoking a paid licence on deletion would silently break software you paid for. If you want the licence killed too, say so and we will do it.

Children

These tools are for professional design work and are not directed at children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, the date at the top changes and account holders are emailed.
