Refunds
Fourteen days, no questions asked.
Last updated 22 August 2026
The short version
- Fourteen days, from the day you bought it.
- No questions and no form. One email with your key or order number.
- You get back what you paid, to the way you paid it.
- After fourteen days, write anyway. If a tool is broken, the limit does not apply.
Fourteen days, no questions asked. There is no form to fill in and nothing to justify — a policy you have to argue your way through is not a policy.
You write
One line to support, with your licence key or your order number in it. That is the whole process.
We issue it
Same day in almost every case. The refund goes through our payment provider, back to the card or account you paid from.
Your bank clears it
Five to ten business days, and that part is out of our hands. The licence stops working once the refund is issued.
How to ask
Email support@easystudio.design with your licence key or your order number. That is the whole process — there is no form, and you do not have to explain yourself.
What comes back
- The refund is issued by our payment provider, back to the way you paid.
- It takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- The licence is revoked when the refund is issued, and stops working the next time that machine reaches the internet.
You are refunded what you paid — the amount on your receipt, not whatever the tool costs on the day you ask. Prices move; your order does not. The full rule is in the terms.
What a refund also undoes
Refunding a tool undoes what that purchase earned. Any credit it paid you is taken back, a discount period it opened is closed, and an extra computer it unlocked returns to one.
If the credit had already been spent, the balance simply goes negative: the tool you bought with it keeps working, and nothing else can be bought until the balance is settled. We would rather carry a negative number than take back software somebody is using.
One thing a refund does not undo: the half off your first tool. It is used once, and refunding the tool you spent it on does not make it available again.
Your own refund right is untouched by any of this. Fourteen days, no questions asked, exactly as above.
Why this is rarely needed
Every tool has a free trial — three days, everything unlocked, no card. It exists so that nobody buys something that turns out not to fit their work. If you are unsure, use the trial rather than the refund policy.
After fourteen days
Write anyway. If a tool is broken, or does not do what this website said it does, we will refund it whenever you tell us — the fourteen days are a promise, not a limit on fairness.
