Terms of service
What an Easy Studio licence is, what it is not, and the handful of things you cannot do with it.
Last updated 22 August 2026
The short version
- A licence is a purchase, not a rental — one tool, one computer at a time, yours to keep.
- Updates are included for as long as the plan lasts, at no extra cost.
- Prices can change; yours cannot. A new price only ever applies to a purchase made after it.
- Fourteen days to change your mind, no questions and no form.
These terms cover the Easy Studio website at easystudio.design and the plugins and scripts sold through it. Using either means you accept them.
Who you are buying from
Easy Studio makes and supports the software, and you can reach a person at support@easystudio.design.
Payment is taken by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record for the sale — your receipt and your card statement will carry their name, they are legally the seller for the transaction itself, and their terms apply to it. Everything about the software, the licence and the support is ours.

What a licence is
A licence is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use one tool on one computer at a time, by one person, including for commercial work, for as long as the plan you bought lasts. You are licensing the software, not buying ownership of it.
- One licence, one computer. A second machine is refused until the first is released. You can release it yourself, from the panel or from your account.
- Reinstalling is free. Re-activating a machine that already holds the licence does not consume a second seat.
- Updates are included for as long as the plan lasts. "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not of the buyer, and does not promise compatibility with versions of Adobe software that do not exist yet.
Prices, and what happens when one changes
The price on this site is today's price. It can go up or down, and it will: a tool that has grown for a year is not the tool that was first sold, and what it costs to make, support and run changes with it. We do not promise a price will stay where it is.
- A change only ever applies forward. It affects purchases made after it and nothing else. A licence you already own is never re-priced, never topped up, and never asked for the difference.
- We never add anything to the price you were shown. No handling fee, no processing charge, nothing that appears only once you have decided to buy. What can differ is local sales tax : where the law of your country expects it to be shown separately — the United States, mainly — the checkout adds it and shows it to you before you pay. Where the law expects it to be inside the price — the EU and the UK, among others — it already is, and the number does not move at all. Either way the tax is your government's and not ours, and either way nothing is a surprise.
- Updates stay included. If the price of a tool goes up because of what it can now do, the version that can do it is still a free update to everybody who already bought it.
- A discount lasts as long as it says it does. A founder rate or a launch price is honoured on the terms it was offered on, whatever the list price does afterwards.
- A price printed wrongly is not a contract. If an obvious mistake is published we will say so and refund anybody charged on it, in full, straight away.
The current price of every tool is always the one on the pricing page, which reads it from the shop rather than from memory.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, sublicense or redistribute a licence key or the software.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the software, except where the law says you may regardless of this clause.
- Remove, disable or work around the licence check.
- Use the software to build a competing product.
Trials
Every tool has a free trial — three days by default — with everything unlocked and nothing watermarked. One trial per person per tool, counted on our server, which is why a trial needs a connection. When it ends, the tool stops working until a licence is entered. Nothing you already made is affected.
Accounts
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think somebody else has it. We may suspend an account that is being used to share licences or to abuse the trial system.
Revocation
A licence can be revoked if it was refunded, charged back, obtained fraudulently, or is being shared. A revoked licence stops working the next time that machine reaches the internet.
Refunds
Fourteen days, no questions asked. The full policy is on the refunds page and forms part of these terms.
The founder offer
The first 2,000 accounts get half off their first tool and 10% off every tool after it, for 120 days from the day the account was made — not from the day the offer began, so a place claimed late is worth exactly as much as one claimed early.
The half is used once: refunding the tool you spent it on does not make it available again. Neither rate is added to another offer — where both apply, the better one is used, and the checkout says which.
Bringing a friend
A friend counts once they have paid for a tool and their fourteen-day refund window has closed. Rewards are held until then and are not granted for a signup, a trial, or an unpaid order.
The first friend puts one tool of your choice on two computers, permanently; that tool is chosen once and cannot be changed afterwards. The second and third open three months at 10% off anything, counted from the second. From the fourth friend on you earn 5% of what each friend spends, for twelve months from their first purchase, and each new friend restarts your three months.
Once you have twenty friends the rate becomes 7%, and at fifty it becomes 10%. The new rate applies from that day and never rises past 10%.
You cannot refer yourself, and one person can only ever be counted once. We check the phone number, the machine and the payment behind each account; where they match an account you already control, no reward is given. Up to ten friends a month are counted automatically — beyond that they are still recorded, and released after we have looked at them.
Easy credit is spent here and is not paid out in cash. It covers up to 80% of an order — the remaining fifth is always paid, and never less than $0.99 — and each piece of it lasts six months from the day it is earned, after which any part still unused is removed. It is not used at all on an order of $10 or less, measured on what the order comes to rather than on the tool's list price, so a tool already discounted below that line is outside it too. Rewards are attached to the account and cannot be sold, moved, or combined with another account's.
We may change or end the programme for referrals made from the day we say so. What you have already earned stays yours.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it will fit every design you point it at. Keep backups of your work. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost work, lost profit or indirect losses.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last did. A change that materially affects a licence you already own will be sent to the email address on your account before it takes effect.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates, and that is where any dispute about them would be heard.
This does not take away a right you already have. If you bought as a consumer somewhere whose law gives you protections that cannot be signed away — most of Europe and the United Kingdom, among others — you keep them, and nothing above is meant to say otherwise. In practice the fourteen days on the refunds page is already at least as generous as any of them.
