Reinstalling is free

Activating a machine that already holds the licence returns the same permission and does not spend a second seat. A new hard drive is not a new purchase.

Every version of the tool you bought, for as long as it exists. The panel tells you when there is a newer one.

Can I use it on my laptop and my desktop?

One at a time. Release it on one and activate on the other — it takes seconds, and you can do it yourself.

What happens when the trial ends?

The panel says so and stops converting. Nothing you already made is touched, and nothing is watermarked retroactively.

What if the price goes up after I buy?

Nothing happens to you. Prices move as tools grow, and a new price only ever applies to purchases made after it — you are never re-priced, never asked for a difference, and the updates that made it more expensive are still free to you. The rule in full is in the terms.

Is there a subscription?

No. If that ever changes it will be a new, separate thing — a licence you already bought stays what it was.

Do you see my files?

No. The plugin never sends the contents of a document anywhere. It reports faults, a version number and a hashed machine id, and that is the whole list. See privacy.
