Installing it
An installer for macOS and one for Windows. Everything goes inside your own user folder, so no administrator password is needed and nothing else on the machine is touched.

Open it, and see what it is for.
The first screen says which Photoshop versions it can work with — 2021 and newer get the plugin under the Plugins menu, CC 2014 to 2025 get the legacy panel under Window › Extensions. Press Continue.

It finds the versions you have.
It looks at the machine and lists the copies of Photoshop it found, and where the plugin will go in each. If Photoshop is open it says so — installing still works, the panel just appears after a restart. Press Install.

It copies the plugin across.
A few seconds. Nothing is asked for, no administrator password, and nothing outside your own user folder is touched.

Restart Photoshop and open the panel.
Plugins › Easy Bilingual, or Window › Extensions on 2025 and older. Paste the key that came with your download, and it is ready to convert.
