Update the document or make a new version. Keep your Arabic and English font pairs. Import the copy from the Word or Excel file the client actually sent.
Your design uses Bold for the headline and Light for the caption. Pick the Arabic family once and each layer keeps the weight it had, if that family has it — and tells you when it does not, rather than silently dropping to Regular.
Point it at the folders your fonts really live in — a client folder, a shared drive — and they appear in the picker beside the installed ones. The four families you use every week sit at the top, starred.
Nobody sends translated copy as a clean text file. It arrives as a Word document with tracked changes, or a spreadsheet with one row per graphic. Both are read directly, filtered down to the part that belongs in the design, and long copy is no harder than short.
Convert the document you are in, or have it write a second version and leave the original alone. Which of those you want depends on the job, so it is a choice rather than a rule.
